NACEL 2024: Driver Diagram

The NACEL Driver Diagram was developed to help focus all aspects of the NACEL 2024, including quality improvement.

It acts as a framework, articulating 10 indicators of good quality end of life care and identifying areas that may need improvement to achieve these.

The driver diagram was a collaborative effort to develop, with input from the NACEL Steering and Advisory Groups, our bereaved persons’ focus group and others. The driver diagram also aligns to national guidance and recommendations from NACEL 2022.
